Goodman DP World
Goodman DP World is a joint venture formed between Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Fund and DP World, providing ownership in ATL Logistics Centre Hong Kong (ATL) and CSX World Terminals Hong Kong, located at Hong Kong's Kwai Tsing Port. ATL, the world's largest logistics building has a lettable area of 5.94 million sq. ft (approx. 552,000 sqm) spanning 13 stories. It is a ramp up logistics facility, constructed in five phases between 1984 and 1994.
ATL Logistics Centre
Incorporated in 1981, ATL Logistics Centre Hong Kong Ltd 亞洲貨櫃物流中心香港有限公司. It owns and operates ATL Logistics Centre - the world's first and largest intelligent multi-storey drive-in cargo logistics centre. Conveniently located in the heart of Kwai Chung Container Terminals and within easy reach of Hong Kong's commercial and population centres, airport, as well as the Mainland border, ATL Logistics Centre offers warehouse and office leasing as well as a full range of cargo handling, logistics management and distribution services.
Container Terminal 3
Located in the heart of Hong Kong's Kwai Chung port is Container Terminal 3, the DP World Hong Kong facility that has been operating since 1973. Container Terminal 3 (CT3) is the most productive terminal operator in Hong Kong with an average productivity of over 40 moves per hour per shore crane, handling over 1.2 million TEUs in record in a single berth. We offer round-the-clock, 365-days-a-year container terminal services. Apart from our premier terminal service, we also provide ancillary services like on-dock equipment repair, maintenance and engineering, as well as container storage to better serve our customers.
